INTIGNIS proudly uses world-class cookware at affordable prices. Our products are designed to deliver outstanding performance time after time. As we believe in giving you uncompromising quality, our ranges come with the following guarantees. 

This guarantee applies from the date of purchase for 10 years to the original owner, whether purchased by yourself or received as a gift. 

It covers faulty workmanship and materials when the product is used under normal domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, or misuse. 

To make a claim under this guarantee, firmly attach to the cookware your printed name, address, and details of the complaint, along with the retailer’s name if known. 

Please contact us before returning any item, and include your proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to assist with any issues you have.

All emails are answered Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays). 

• Defective cookware will be repaired or, if repair is not possible, replaced free of charge with a similar product or one of equivalent value if the original product is no longer in production. 

• The following are excluded from this guarantee: 

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse, or commercial use. 

• Scratches, stains, discoloration, corrosion, or damage from overheating to the interior or exterior of the pan, including the non-stick coating. 

• Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this guarantee. 

• A slight yellowing of the surface may occasionally occur after heating. This is completely harmless and does not affect performance, and is therefore excluded from the guarantee. 

• This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
